Sawgrass VersiFlex is a patented decorating system for the SG500 and SG1000 that expands the Sawgrass desktop workflow into compatible cotton and natural-fabric applications. The system uses dedicated VersiFlex Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Expander inks together with the correct transfer media and Sawgrass print settings.

Four Things Every VersiFlex Buyer Should Know
An SG500 or SG1000 already initialized with another Sawgrass specialty ink should not be converted to VersiFlex. Use a printer dedicated to the selected ink system.
VersiFlex is a heat-transfer decorating process. Use an adjustable heat press and follow current Sawgrass time, temperature and pressure guidance.
VersiFlex does not print white ink. Sawgrass recommends light and bright colors for the standard VersiFlex Light workflow.
Cotton and traditional sublimation applications use different transfer media and print settings. Select the correct Sawgrass workflow for the product being decorated.
