ChromaBlast is a specialized ink system designed specifically for printing on 100% cotton garments, offering a different application method than traditional sublimation. Both are genuine Sawgrass products engineered for specific printing applications.

We offer multiple cartridge sizes depending on your printer model: SG500/SG1000 printers use 31ml standard cartridges, with 70ml extended capacity options available for the SG1000. SG400/SG800 printers use 29ml cartridges for cyan, magenta, and yellow, and 42ml for black. Extended capacity cartridges are ideal for high-volume printing operations.

You can purchase both! We offer complete CMYK ink sets for convenience and cost savings, as well as individual cyan, magenta, yellow, and black cartridges. This flexibility allows you to replace only the colors you've depleted, which is especially useful for high-volume printing where certain colors run out faster.

Yes! Siser EasySubli UHD ink is specifically designed to be compatible with Sawgrass SG500 and SG1000 printers. We carry both full sets and individual EasySubli cartridges as an alternative to Sawgrass-branded SubliJet UHD ink, offering you flexibility in your ink choices while maintaining quality and performance.

Print yield varies based on your design's ink coverage, image size, and print settings. Standard 31ml cartridges typically produce hundreds of prints for small designs or dozens of full-coverage prints. Extended capacity 70ml cartridges offer approximately twice the yield.
