All orders are subject to address verification. The billing and shipping addresses must match without exception. All sales are final. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Your personal information will only be used for processing your order and will not be shared or sold to third parties. You may unsubscribe from our promotional emails at any time by following the instructions provided in the email. We take every precaution to ensure your data is stored securely.

Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays. Orders placed before 2 PM Eastern Time may ship the same day, depending on stock availability. If an item is backordered, we will notify you promptly via phone or email. Product availability is subject to change, and we disclaim any liability for delays due to backordered or defective items. Your credit card will only be charged when the merchandise is ready for shipment.

Shipping, handling, and insurance fees are not included in the shopping cart prices. We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges if necessary due to oversized packages or other special handling requirements. International orders must be placed by phone to ensure accurate shipping charges. Taxes, duties, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with local customs authorities for more information.

Return Policy
All sales are final. Products are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, where applicable. If a product arrives defective, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery. Defective printers or cameras may be exchanged for the same item after manufacturer approval. All items leave our warehouse factory-sealed, and we are not responsible for product defects; any issues must be handled through the manufacturer’s warranty. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Non-defective items may only be returned if unopened and are subject to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs. Refunds for returned items will be issued once the product is verified as factory-sealed. If the item is not sealed, it will be available for redelivery after payment of additional shipping costs.

Risk of Loss
Once the product leaves our warehouse, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer. In the event of damage or loss during transit, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. Orders that ship with free ground shipping do not include insurance or require a signature unless otherwise requested at the time of purchase. If you wish to add insurance or require a signature for delivery, please specify this in the order notes. Any additional fees will be charged to the customer.

Order Validation
We verify all orders for payment authorization and shipping address accuracy. We reserve the right to cancel any order or limit quantities without providing a reason. If your order is rejected, we will notify you by email. Your credit or debit card will not be charged if an order is rejected. If the card has already been charged, a refund will be processed immediately.

Order Acceptance & Confirmation
Receiving an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders at any time, at our sole discretion.

Errors on Our Website
Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies, including after an order has been submitted. If an error is identified after your order has been placed, and your credit card has been charged, a refund will be issued for the full amount. We disclaim liability for any typographical, pricing, or system errors.

Product prices do not include taxes or shipping unless otherwise stated. Prices, availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in product descriptions, images, or pricing. Taxes, where applicable, will be calculated at checkout and shown on your invoice. These taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Limitation of Liability

Southtrend Corp, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or the purchase of any goods or services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if Southtrend Corp has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Southtrend Corp, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of this website, violation of these terms, or any illegal activity related to your order.

Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the website shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within the state of Florida.
