The HiTi CS-200e and CS-220e YMCKO ribbon is made for organizations that need clear photographs, colorful logos, readable information and professional-looking credentials. Each printing cycle applies yellow, magenta and cyan color panels, a resin-black panel and a clear overlay panel to a compatible plastic card.
The black panel is particularly useful for producing crisp names, employee numbers, barcodes and other dark design elements. The final overlay panel adds a clear topcoat that helps protect the printed card surface during normal handling.
This ribbon is designed for the HiTi CS-200e and HiTi CS-220e direct-to-card printers. Check the model label on your printer before ordering.

Store at a room temperature below 25°C/77°F and at 40–60% relative humidity. Keep the ribbon away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, moisture and dust until it is ready for use.
How the 400-Print Yield Is Calculated
The rated yield represents up to 400 full-color YMCKO printing cycles. A complete YMCKO panel set is consumed for each full-color card side printed, regardless of how much color appears in the design.
If you print full-color graphics on both sides of a card, two YMCKO cycles are used for each completed double-sided card. The number of finished cards obtained from one ribbon will therefore be lower than 400 when both sides require full-color printing.

This ribbon is designed for the HiTi CS-200e and HiTi CS-220e ID card printers. It should not be assumed compatible with other HiTi printer families.
How many cards can this ribbon print?
HiTi rates the ribbon for up to 400 full-color prints per roll. Each full-color card side uses one complete YMCKO printing cycle.
How many double-sided color cards will one ribbon produce?
When both sides require full-color YMCKO printing, each finished card uses two printing cycles. Under that printing configuration, one 400-print ribbon can produce up to approximately 200 double-sided full-color cards.
Does this package include blank plastic cards?
No. This product includes the YMCKO ribbon only. Blank cards, cleaning supplies and the ID card printer are sold separately.
What does the overlay panel do?
The clear overlay panel applies a transparent topcoat over the printed surface to help protect the image during normal handling. It is not the same as a separate security laminate.
Is this a half-panel ribbon?
No. This is the full-panel YMCKO 400 ribbon. HiTi offers a different half-panel YMCKO ribbon for compatible workflows, so verify the required ribbon format before ordering.
