The DNP DS40 Bundle at a Glance
This is more than a low-priced used printer. The DS40 units in this offer were refurbished by DNP, include a 90-day DNP manufacturer warranty, and come with genuine DNP media for 800 standard 4×6 prints plus 200 metallic 6×8 prints.
One of the Photo Booth Industry’s Most Trusted Workhorses
Based on our experience serving the professional photo-printing industry since 1996, we regard the DNP DS40 as one of the most reliable photo booth printers ever built.
Over the years, the DS40 earned a reputation among photo booth operators, event photographers, studios and other professional users for dependable dye-sublimation printing, consistent output and a practical front-loading design.
The DS40 is no longer DNP’s newest printer, but that is exactly what makes this offer interesting: it creates an opportunity to own a proven professional printing platform at a very low initial investment, with the additional confidence of DNP refurbishment and a DNP manufacturer warranty.
Why “Refurbished by DNP” Matters
There is an important difference between a printer that is simply described as used or refurbished and a unit that has been refurbished by the manufacturer.
For this special offer, the refurbishment was performed by DNP, and the printer comes with a 90-day DNP manufacturer warranty.
For a photo booth operator or event photographer who depends on a printer during paid events, knowing who refurbished the equipment can be an important part of the buying decision.
What Comes in the DNP DS40 Refurbished Bundle?

A Rare Opportunity to Own a Proven Legacy Printer at a Low Investment
The DS40 is a legacy DNP printer, but legacy does not mean unproven. Quite the opposite: the DS40 established its reputation through years of professional use.
At $599 for the complete printer bundle, including a DNP-refurbished DS40, a 90-day DNP manufacturer warranty and media for up to 1,000 prints, this offer creates a relatively low-cost entry point into professional dye-sublimation printing.
It can also be especially attractive to experienced operators who already know the DS40 platform and want an additional printer without making the larger investment required for another current-generation professional printer.
Who Is This Bundle Best For?
Why the Included Metallic 6×8 Media Adds Real Value
Most printer bundles focus only on standard media. This one also includes DNP 6×8 metallic media for up to 200 prints, in addition to the standard 4×6 media.
Metallic output gives photographs a distinctive premium appearance that can work especially well for portraits, special events, keepsakes and promotional photography.
It also gives a photo booth or photography business another product option beyond the traditional standard event print.
Why Buy This DS40 Bundle from EventPrinters?
Professional photo printers are specialized equipment. Buying from a dealer that understands the printer, the media and the professional workflow can be more useful than purchasing through a general marketplace.
That experience is especially useful with a legacy printer. We want customers to understand exactly what they are buying, what media is included and whether the DS40 makes sense for their particular workflow.
A Transparent Note About the DNP DS40
The DS40 is classified by DNP as legacy equipment. DNP continues to maintain support information for the printer and DS40 media remains available.
Because computer operating systems and professional photo booth software continue to evolve, buyers should confirm that the DS40 fits their current computer, driver and software workflow.
If you are unsure, contact EventPrinters before ordering and we can help you review your intended application.
Why This Particular DS40 Offer Stands Out
Used DS40 printers can still appear on the secondary market, but the details matter.
This offer combines four important advantages: manufacturer refurbishment, manufacturer warranty coverage, genuine DNP media and a low $599 bundle price.
For an existing DS40 user, a new photo booth operator working within a budget, or a professional who wants a dependable backup printer, that combination can make this temporary offer especially attractive.
